Join us for our 1st Annual Owner's Forum presented by the Exit Planning Institute!

As a business owner do you feel like you’re on an island?

You’ve built your business with blood, sweat, tears, and long hours … Now perhaps it’s time to start thinking about what’s next as you know you’ll have to step away from your business sooner or later.

If you don’t know where to start, we have the perfect event for you!

The 1st Annual Owners Forum presented by the Exit Planning Institute

Come meet with a community that understands your concerns.
People who have been in your shoes and the advisers who serve them.

Don’t worry! At this event there will be no name tags or mandatory meet-and-greets. You can be as anonymous as you want to be. You won’t be asked any questions or put on the spot.

In one of three enriching sessions taking place on the morning of November 16th, I will be moderating a panel of exited owners, and you’ll get a chance to hear about their unique experiences in selling their companies.

This informational event is being held at one of Metro Detroit’s gems, Orchard Lake Country Club, and will pack a punch in a single half day session.

Who this event is for:

Business owners: You are welcome to come on your own or with an adviser.

Professional advisers: You are welcome to attend if you bring a business owner with you as your guest.
While professional advisers can benefit from this event, the content of this event is for business owners.

What you’ll learn:

  • Experts from a number of disciplines will present on the current mergers & acquisitions market, trends, and outlook for exiting your business

  • Find out what business owners who have recently gone through this process learned going through it, and what they wish they’d have known before they started

  • Gather new perspectives and ideas about what you can be doing to be ready for your exit
