Ensures every client feels seen, supported, and set up for success.
Hi, I’m Becca
I grew up answering phones, stuffing envelopes, and inspecting parts on my parents’ manufacturing line. Our company started in the basement with my mom’s $7,000 in savings and grew into four buildings across the Twin Cities. It was the American dream—and the weight that comes with it.
When the 2008 downturn hit, everything changed. My parents were forced to sell the company they’d built from nothing, for far less than it was worth. Watching them pour their lives into something they loved, only to walk away exhausted and underpaid, shaped me deeply. I can’t change what happened to them, but I can help make sure other self-made business owners don’t carry that same ache.
Out of college, I cut my teeth in high end commercial real estate, where I learned that details are strategic advantages—safety, aesthetics, contracts, and budgets all shape whether people thrive at work.
I then spent nearly twenty years in the nonprofit world, listening to complex stories and building systems around people.
Along the way, I learned to stay calm in chaos (my kids call it my “annoying hyper-focus”) and to turn big transitions into clear, human processes.
Two highlights stand out: I grew a nonprofit hospitality team from 11 to 200+ people in under two years by creating systems that worked for people, and I’ve since expanded that passion into corporate speaking—motivating companies and teams to thrive forward through mindset, clarity, and connection.
Those experiences taught me how to manage growth, bring order to chaos, and build teams that actually enjoy working together.
At Doescher Group, I’m the Client Experience Lead—which, in plain English, means I make the hard seasons easier for owners and their teams.
I coordinate the moving pieces, keep communication clear, and ensure every engagement runs on time and on purpose. Owners don’t need more noise; they need calm, clarity, and follow-through.
I care deeply because I’ve lived the stakes at my own family’s kitchen table.
My goal is simple: protect the legacy you’ve built and make the path forward feel doable—one crisp step at a time.
Integrity. Clarity. Follow-through. Compassion.
These are the values that have stuck with me throughout my life and career.
They guide how I work, how I lead, and how I support the owners and teams we serve.
Becca’s Facts
-
She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Equine Studies with a MA in Education. Becca loves to learn just as much as she loves to teach! Ask her about show jumping sometime!
-
She was a professional musician for 10 years. While she wrote and performed original music (and yes, sang at more weddings than she can count), her real passion was creating spaces and events that brought local musicians together — helping them form bands, build community, and grow in their craft.
-
The one thing you’ll find in every one of my pockets and drawers? Chapstick. My favorite is Duke Cannon Lip Balm - (Found at your local Carhartt or hardware store). It's amazing and will change your life!
